Returns

We do everything in our power to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and understand that on occasion you may wish to return unsuitable items.

All returned items are processed individually and any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware it may take 3-5 days for your return to be processed and up to 3 working days for the funds to appear within your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Once received all items are inspected by our Returns Manager and must be returned with the barcode tags intact and in the original packaging. We can not offer refunds or exchanges on any product returned to us in an unsuitable condition or with tags that have been removed from the item or without the original packaging. If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the garment and notify you of our decision via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. 

We can offer a refund or exchange on any item purchased from AXP Outlet website returned to us within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is in a new, unworn & saleable condition.

For parcels received back after the 14 day period we will offer customers an exchange or credit voucher to use on our website or store, valid for 6 months.  

The packing note we sent within your delivered package has our store address for you to send your parcel back to. You should enclose this  packing note in your return parcel & confirm which item you are returning. You can also state if you require any other item in exchange on this note. If you have not got your packing note you must write your name, order number & items you are enclosing.

Please ensure all the items are placed safely inside its original packaging with all labels attached to the garment/s. 

Please Note:

  • We offer 14 days for refunds and 30 days for exchanges/credit.
  • If an exchange is wanted for a more expensive item, the difference will be paid for by the buyer.
  • The return shipment for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer. We can not refund any postage costs that are incurred or paid for once you have sent your return back to us.
  • Jewellery i.e. earrings, necklaces & bangles can not be returned to us for hygiene purposes.
  • Please note original delivery fees cover the cost of the service and can't be refunded. We also do not compensate for any return postage costs, this is fully the customers responsibility. It is only the cost of the item(s) that can be refunded.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility . We advise that you use an insured means of postage and keep any receipts/proof safe as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost on the way to us.
